Everyday Cycles has always believed that a good bike shop should do more than sell things. At the original shop we hosted classes, seminars, demonstrations, rides, and conversations designed to help people better understand their bikes and get more out of riding them.
That idea remains an important part of where Everyday Cycles is headed.
Over time, this section will grow into a collection of useful cycling resources, including:
Some resources will live here online. Others may take the form of in-person classes, live demonstrations, group discussions, or events.
The goal isn't to turn everyone into a professional mechanic. It's to help riders understand their bikes, solve common problems, make better choices, and feel more confident heading out the door.
Education will be an important part of any future Everyday Cycles physical space.
We envision workshops where you can learn to fix a flat, set up tubeless tires, adjust a derailleur, prepare for a trip, understand winter riding, or work on your own bike with some guidance nearby.
Until then, we'll continue building the Everyday Cycles resource library here.
Know your bike. Ride it more.
