We just finished a sweet but economical build of the new Surly Ice Cream Truck in Prickly Pear Sparkle that is on display at our Everyday Cycles Milwaukee showroom! Basically, this custom build will cost you about the same as a stock Ice Cream Truck but offers a custom build spec that includes components we've found to be the best value in fatbike outfitting and include:

  • Medium Surly Ice Cream Truck frameset in Prickly Pear Sparkle
  • 907 wheels shod with 4.8" 45NRTH Husker Du tires to take advantage of the extra large tire clearance of the Ice Cream Truck frame and to give you versatile tires that will serve you well on trail, in the urban environment, on the beach and in the snow!
  • A 175mm RaceFace Cinch Crank combined with a SRAM NX 1x12 drivetrain that has a super wide ratio 11-50 cassette to power you through any situation you put your fatbike in.
  • Braking is ultra reliable Avid BB7S MTN brakes. These are the up specced version that has stainless hardware. A must for winter salt or summer sand!
  • The Salsa cockpit has Rustler bars at a massive 860mm wide. (Of course we can trim them to your desired width. Steering goes through a Cane Creek 40-series headset.

email greg@everydaycycles.com for a complete spec breakdown!

Over all this build gives you more for your money than the "stock" Ice Cream Truck Build! Come in to Everyday Cycles and check it out before this one of a kind build is sold!
