surly low side single speed bicycle milwaukee

I had a 1x1 Rat Ride several years back and loved it! That’s why I am excited about the new Lowside from Surly. It is pretty much what the evolution of that original idea is with modern geometry, hub standards and parts.

Delivered with Singlespeed simplicity but equipped with a Boost rear hub with a cassette freehub and a derailleur hanger if you feel you need it.

City cruising, a quick rip on singletrack a stop at the pub, the Lowside keeps things simple so you can concentrate on the ride and the good times. Singlespeeding is an integral part of Surly’s DNA, and the Lowside continues the tradition, check it out at Everyday Cycles!

Specs

  • 100% Surly 4130 CroMoly frame, main triangle is double-butted; 1-1/8" threadless CroMoly fork
  • Singlespeed “specific” (derailleur hanger but no Trip Guides)
  • Dropper post routing
  • Gnot-Boost rear spacing
  • Front and rear thru-axle
  • 26” x 3” or 27.5” x 2.8” tire clearance
