The Everyday Cycles crew headed north to Manitowoc, WI for the 7th running of one of the best fatbike races in Wisconsin!
It felt like this year some of the fun and festive atmosphere of Shelltrack has returned while the competitive nature of the race was not to be diminished. Heck, Cole House was on hand to show the fast folk how it is done while Team Sorry Not Sorry, among others, showed reminded us that the Team Relay is a place for fun and hijinks!
Being on the calendar early in the year means conditions can vary from cold and snow to this years balmy and dry. No matter the weather, the course that George and the folks from 509 Cycles and Broken Spoke in Green Bay lay out is always challenging and worthy of fat-bikes. The sandy shore of the Lake Michigan beach at Silver Creek Park pretty much guarantees that! Keep your eyes peeled for the date in 2019 and don’t miss it!
Coming up on November 2nd and 3rd is the first of 3 Funduro events planned for the Winter of 2019 / 2020. The Free Grand Funduro Beach Ride and Ball will be held on the beach at Illinois Beach State Park and will be hosted at the Illinois Beach Resort and Concention Center.
The Everyday Cycles Crew from Milwaukee will be joining a bunch of like minded fatbike folks from Fat-bike.com, Zion Cyclery and other folks from the Tri-State area.
Coming up on June 15th, 2019 the Everyday Cycles crew will be riding with 400+ like-minded individuals on the 35th edition of the Fat Tire Tour of Milwaukee.
Started in 1985, the Fat Tire Tour of Milwaukee is the oldest bicycling group ride in Milwaukee and an annual event that cyclists from far and wide look forward to. With several bar/brewery stops along the route covering 20 or so miles, the ride is a rolling party that lasts the entire day.
The Everyday Cycles Gang will be road trippin' to The Rock’n Beach FunDuro in Port Washington, WI for an action packed day of fatbike fun!
